Marine Resources is seeking skilled Laminator Boat Builders for a full-time, permanent role.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Boat Builder, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, modification, and maintenance of marine structures and equipment for various small boat classes. Your work will be conducted in a systematic and professional manner.


Specific Duties Include:

  • Utilizing advanced composite materials with appropriate techniques.
  • Collaborating with team members for system installations.
  • Safely maneuvering marine vessels and components by selecting the correct lifting equipment.

Additionally, you will prepare and apply primary, secondary, and final paint finishes on all substrates and assemblies. A solid understanding of engineering drawings, data, and documentation is essential.


Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve safety, quality, production, cost, and personnel business targets.
  • Participate in emergency standby duties as required.
  • Engage in various ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate the delivery of boats.
