Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Beneficiary Services Representative to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to TRICARE beneficiaries, ensuring they receive the best possible care and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify benefits eligibility and process enrollments, disenrollments, and transfers using the Defense Online Enrollment System and other relevant systems.
  • Resolve enrollment discrepancies and run weekly reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide education and resources to beneficiaries on TRICARE benefits, enrollment, and customer service.
  • Collect, process, and disseminate transfer information for active-duty portability and disenrollment processes.
  • Conduct briefings for In Processing, Out Processing, Maternity, and other relevant events.
  • Provide basic claims assistance and collect and record health information into applicable systems.
  • Assess and address beneficiary questions and concerns, referring as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collect and report daily activities and maintain confidentiality and proper handling of Protected Health Information.
  • Provide remote support to Leidos BSRs at other sites and adhere to a business casual dress code.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be SOFA/Command Sponsored as a dependent of an Active-Duty Service Member or DoD employee.
  • Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this position.
  • Be eligible for and maintain ADP II/IT II clearance.
  • Three years' cumulative experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery systems, civilian managed care medical/administrative environments, medical or clinical environments, and experience with CHCS or civilian healthcare computer systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficient in written and oral communications.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Computer literate with Internet research experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 or later applications.
  • Ability to reply tactfully with people on the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work independently and under general supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multitask.
