Night Site Manager

As a Night Site Manager at Parsons Containers Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our self-storage sites in the North East. You will be responsible for meeting customers at key moments in their journey with us, providing a container store operations briefing, and highlighting rules they need to follow on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange with the customer services team to meet customers on site for key collection and understand their individual needs and questions.
- Ensure customers remain safe by providing a container store operations briefing and highlighting site rules.
- Maintain company standards on U Hold the Key sites, including carrying out light maintenance duties or reporting issues to Head Office.
- Respond to health and safety emergency call outs in line with our operating procedures and risk assessment.
Requirements
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely attendance for customer appointments.
- Flexible working to accommodate evening and weekend appointments.
- Driving Licence (required).
