Job Description

**Business Support Administrator Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Administrator to join our team at Farr Associates Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide comprehensive business support to our internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the quality, sales, and customer support teams in the preparation of reports, audits, and integration of MS Word documents and Excel tables and charts into customized templates.
  • Format MS Word and PowerPoint reports, and update internal systems for all teams as required.
  • Provide general administrative support, including collating information, formatting, binding, filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning, maintaining calendars, and answering telephone calls.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer arrivals and support visitors to our site.
  • Liaise with internal departments and provide support for specific projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing administrative support to a team in a small team in a professional environment.
  • Highly motivated, confident, and outgoing, with the ability to work in a pressured environment with tight deadlines.
  • Numerate and able to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and proactively use their own initiative.
  • Proficient knowledge of formatting Word and PowerPoint documents, advanced Excel, and Outlook skills.
