Job Opportunity

Rikama Education Ltd is working with an SEN school in the Edenbridge area to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with mental health conditions and a background in supporting learning for KS3 & 4.

About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with pupils on a 1to1 and small group basis, supporting students with ASD / SLD and/or Behavioural Needs and mental health conditions (ADHD). The school has a pupil-centred approach to education, with an excellent support team and SLT as part of the extended team.

Requirements
  • Experience of working within an Educational setting
  • Experience of working with young people with SEMH, ASC, Challenging Behaviour or Disabilities
  • Enhanced DBS on the update System or be willing to get one
