Production Planning Director

At Natures Way Foods Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead our production planning function and drive business growth. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Production Schedules: Develop and implement daily production schedules that ensure timely and efficient production.
- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing production planning team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Capacity Planning: Develop and maintain short- and long-term capacity plans to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet business demands.
- Systems and Process: Implement and maintain best-in-class systems and processes to support production planning, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain planning.
- Experience: Proven experience in a production planning leadership role, preferably in the food or healthcare industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to visualize the bigger picture.
- Accreditation: Professional accreditation in a related field or specialization, such as CIPS.
