Exciting Opportunity: Contracts Manager
Location:
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (Open to negotiation)
Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily project operations, ensuring top-notch health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining quality, and controlling costs. You will contribute to tender documents, handle procurement, and lead operations meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices
* Control costs and ensure quality
* Contribute to tender documents and procurement processes
* Lead operations meetings and ensure effective communication
Requirements:
* Previous civil engineering site experience
* Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
* Excellent communication skills
* Full UK driving license
