Senior Contracts Manager

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the project operations team, you will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring top-notch health, safety, and environmental standards, maintaining quality, and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Lead operations meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
- Previous civil engineering site experience.
- Degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Full UK driving license.
