Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Care Assistant to join our team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in complex care areas, such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

You will work closely with our clients, providing personalized support and care in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
