About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Dimensions, a leading social care organization. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, health needs, and physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life of the people we support.

Requirements

  • A full, manual UK or EU driving license is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day shifts, wake nights, and sleep-in shifts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
