About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to join our support team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with a learning disability, autism, and mobility needs to live their best life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the individual with daily living skills, including personal care and mobility assistance
  • Accompany the individual to favored activities, such as bowling and people watching
  • Administer medication and support with sensory activities
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the individual's needs are met
Requirements
  • Hold a full, manual UK or EU Licence
  • Be able to drive the individual's mobility vehicles
  • Have experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Be proactive, confident, and engaging
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, with sleep nights paid at £45.00 per night
  • A 25-hour per week part-time schedule
