Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer bets and ensure they enjoy our products and services responsibly.
  • Help with customer enquiries and ensure our shop standards are maintained.
  • Deputise for the Shop Manager after a period of training.
  • Ensure that all customers are betting within their means and that our 'Think 21' policy is always followed.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 or over to work in one of our betting shops.
  • An interest in sports and betting is an advantage, but no prior experience is needed as we provide a structured training programme.
  • We will also provide you with access to further training and development opportunities as we are real supporters of internal progression.
