About the Role

Talent Finder Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Flooring Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet client specifications and expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee commercial flooring projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and maintaining project cost plans.
  • Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, attend pre-contract meetings, and conduct regular site visits for complex or large jobs.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintain up-to-date information, and sign off timesheets and project completion for invoicing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with sales consultants and clients to optimise project outcomes through value engineering.
  • Issue Management: Proactively manage on-site issues and snagging to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Resource Management: Monitor labour resource performance and health & safety compliance.
Additional Duties
  • Pre-Start Inspections: Conduct pre-start inspections and site measures/planning.
  • RAMS and Site Coordination: Complete and distribute RAMS, and attend site coordination meetings.
  • Procurement: Manage procurement of materials.
  • Labour Management: Resource and manage competent labour, ensuring compliance with PPE and tool box talks.
  • QA Processes: Oversee QA processes.
  • Client Relationships: Develop strong client relationships to secure new opportunities.
