About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care to our customers. You will also be responsible for supporting the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews.

In addition to your coaching and support role, you will be required to undertake 20 hours of field care supervision and 20 hours of care. This will give you the opportunity to work closely with our care assistants and customers, gaining a deeper understanding of their needs and preferences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for new care assistants
  • Provide coaching and guidance to care assistants to ensure they meet the highest standards of care
  • Support the office team with recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews
  • Conduct regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants
  • Meet with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are being met
