This role involves 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days, including weekends and public holidays. Our operations are during the day, ensuring no evening or split shifts, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is £23,166.
Role Responsibilities
As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will provide daily support to your team, ensuring excellent service delivery to all café visitors. This role requires adaptability in a bustling environment.
Your primary focus will be on front-of-house operations, engaging directly with customers and serving food and beverages. A passion for customer interaction, a positive attitude, and a commitment to outstanding service are essential.
Utilizing your keen attention to detail, you will ensure that all displays and signage are accurate and that food presentation meets high standards. You may also assist the kitchen team with food preparation as needed.
You will play a crucial role in supervising the onboarding and training of new team members, fostering a culture of exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests.
Training and Development
