**Role Responsibilities**: Processing electronic discharge letters (training will be provided) Processing workflow items on EMIS system Read and triage documents received and action as appropriate Dealing with incoming emails Retrieving paperwork Read code accurately diagnosis, procedures and investigations. Scanning of incoming documents accurately and in a timely manner into the patients records. To cover reception duties as and when requested by the reception supervisor or operations manager to cover sickness, absence or annual leave.
