About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of overseeing new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee projects from start to finish, reporting to a Contracts Manager.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage and motivate a team of site staff to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Degree qualified or other relevant construction qualification.
- Proven track record of working on new build residential projects for a reputable main contractor or residential developer.
- Experience building homes using traditional construction methods.
- RC frame experience is beneficial.
- Career focused and driven to succeed.
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS certifications.
- Able to work in / commute to Norwich on a daily basis.
