About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our Infrastructure business, you will be responsible for managing multiple packages of work, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of site teams and supply chain partners to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure that all site teams and supply chain partners are working to the latest design information and that all necessary permits and approvals are in place.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure that projects are being delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams and supply chain partners to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects to the required standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.
  • Ensure that all site teams and supply chain partners are aware of and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager who has a proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
