Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Kier Group, a leading construction and infrastructure company. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of supervisors, delivery teams, and sub-contractors on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure resources are utilized correctly to achieve efficiency and optimize the workforce to meet deadlines.
  • Implement and monitor health, safety, quality, and performance standards, ensuring all work meets required water industry regulations and Anglian Water's approved standards.
  • Oversee the management of multiple concurrent projects, proactively managing site-based supervisors and delivery teams to ensure safety, quality, and time frames drive performance.
  • Deliver projects in line with tender allowances and agreed programs of work.
  • Procure plant, materials, and specialist subcontractors using an appropriate financial management accounting system to ensure projects are delivered within tender allowances.
Requirements:
  • Experience of Mechanical and Electrical alongside water industry knowledge.
  • SMSTS and CSCS card.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Full driving license.
