Assistant Shop Manager Job Description

At Wolverine Worldwide Inc., we're seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and leading a high-performing team of employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by Example: Motivate and engage your team to bring our brand values to life every day, fostering an inclusive and positive working atmosphere.
  2. Drive Sales and Commerciality: Assist in driving sales, commerciality, and maintaining store standards, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  3. Marketing and Visual Merchandising: Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative marketing ideas and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
  4. Stock Management and Store Operations: Take ownership of stock management, executing visual merchandising guidelines, and supporting store management in all aspects of running the store.
  5. Compliance and Health and Safety: Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
