Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon. This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work across 3 days, including evenings and some weekends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, portion control, and waste management, ensuring the kitchen and work areas are clean and tidy at all times. They will also be expected to assist the team with day-to-day kitchen operations, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate menu information.
Requirements for the role include previous experience in a busy kitchen environment, catering qualifications, and Level 3 Food Safety certification. A driving license is an advantage for easy travel to and from the resort.
