We are seeking a skilled Cook to contribute to the success of our culinary team at Hawkchurch Resort & Spa in Axminster, Devon.
This is a permanent part-time position, requiring 24 hours of work across 3 days, including evenings and some weekends. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing portion control, waste management, food preparation, and all kitchen procedures. They will ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and tidy at all times, and assist the team with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment is essential. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification and a driving license are also required. A driving license will be advantageous for easy travel to and from the resort.
