Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Proficiency in computer software programs related to job responsibilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record in a Quantity Surveyor role within the property industry.
