About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Aspire Data Recruitment. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients' aspirations to increase, enrich, maintain, and interpret their data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Interpretation and Presentation: Develop and implement a comprehensive approach to data interpretation and presentation, ensuring that data is presented in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Data Entry and Acquisition: Design and implement a robust data entry process, including manual, automated, and outsourced methods, to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data Acquisition and Integration: Develop and maintain a comprehensive data acquisition strategy, including identifying and integrating new data sources, to enhance the quality and depth of our clients' data assets.
  • Insight Generation and Communication: Assist our clients in generating publishable content drawn from data insights, ensuring that findings are presented in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Data Asset Development and Maintenance: Collaborate with our clients' technical teams to design and implement further iterations of their data assets, enhancing functionality, insights, and content while ensuring resilience in the face of changing data sources.
  • Supporting Data Tasks: Provide support to our clients' technical teams as required, ensuring seamless data operations and maintenance.
Requirements
  • A degree in a relevant subject, with a minimum 2:1 and (or) relevant technical work experience.
  • High work ethic and pride in work and timing.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder management.
  • The role is open to both experienced Data Analysts and Managers with demonstrable experience building and solving similarly related requirements.
