Job Overview
Aspire Data Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team and support the development of our client's data function. The successful candidate will play a key role in devising and implementing a data-driven approach to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Interpretation and Presentation
- Develop a comprehensive approach to data interpretation and presentation, including data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track progress.
- Data Entry and Acquisition
- Design and implement a data entry process that ensures accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop a data acquisition strategy to identify and integrate new data sources.
- Data Insights and Content Development
- Assist in the development of publishable content drawn from data insights.
- Collaborate with the data development team to design and implement data-driven solutions.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical support to the wider technical team as required.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant subject, with a minimum 2:1 and (or) relevant technical work experience.
- Essential - high work ethic and pride in work and timing.
- Experience in any of - SQL, Python, R, Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong inter-personal skills to facilitate stakeholder management.
- The role is open to both experienced Data Analysts and Managers with demonstrable experience building for and solving similarly related requirements.
Package
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Fully funded further qualifications and training (in work hours).
- Bonus participation with experience and progression.
- 33 days paid holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
