We're seeking a skilled Data Campaign Analyst to join our Impact division, driving campaign activity to maximise reach and revenue. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in informing and shaping our campaign strategy.
The Role- Deliver in-depth analysis of inbound and outbound performance, identifying key trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and adapt approaches across multiple market-leading brands, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Communicate potential risks related to data volumes and quality, working closely with stakeholders to mitigate these risks.
- Measure on-the-day performance against plan in both core outbound and blended environments, providing actionable insights.
- Create and analyse campaign performance reports, applying normalisation methodologies to ensure accurate results.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing Managers to develop data flows and selections for campaigns, ensuring data integrity and quality assurance.
- Utilise Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel, to collect, measure, organise, and analyse data.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
