Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive Investor Relations Officer to provide extensive support to our Investor Relations (IR) team on a fixed-term contract. This position offers valuable exposure to senior management and the investment community. Key responsibilities include organizing conferences and meetings, preparing external communication materials, and coordinating the quarterly earnings process.

The Investor Relations team acts as the primary liaison with the investment community, aiming to effectively convey the company’s business strategy, ensure transparent financial disclosures, and enhance investor perception of the organization.

Main Accountabilities
- Inbound Inquiries & Meeting Requests: Oversee incoming inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community, facilitating both telephone and in-person meetings with investor relations representatives and/or company management.
- Investor Targeting: Support investor targeting efforts to optimize management interactions with the investment community. Maintain the investor database and recommend suitable investment firms and individuals for future engagement.
- Presentation Creation: Assist in developing company presentations for both internal and external purposes.
- Website Management: Actively oversee the Investor Relations section of the company’s external website.
- Quarterly Financial Results: Aid in the preparation of quarterly financial results, including press releases, presentation materials, and conference calls.
- Data Collection: Provide assistance in gathering internal and external data.

Experience
  • Managing inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community.
  • Assisting with investor targeting and maintaining the investor database.
  • Creating presentations for internal and external use.
  • Managing the Investor Relations section of the company’s external website.
  • Supporting the production of quarterly financial results.
  • Assisting in data collection efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Bilingual (French/English preferred, but not mandatory).

  • Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive interaction with professionals both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative team player who strives for excellence and implements best practices.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a small team.
