Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive Investor Relations Officer to provide comprehensive support to our Investor Relations (IR) team on a fixed-term contract.
The Investor Relations team acts as the primary liaison with the investment community.
Our objective is to effectively convey the company’s business strategy, ensure thorough and transparent disclosure of financial results, and enhance investor perception of the organization.
Main Accountabilities

Inbound Inquiries & Meeting Requests: Oversee inbound inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community, including both telephone and in-person meetings with investor relations representatives and/or company management. Locations may encompass company offices, roadshows, broker sell-side conferences, technical workshops, field trips, investor days, and industry conferences.

Investor Targeting: Assist in identifying potential investors to optimize management interactions with the investment community. Maintain the investor database and recommend investment firms and individuals best suited for future engagement with the company.

Presentation Creation: Support the development of company presentations for both internal and external purposes.

Website Management: Actively oversee the Investor Relations section of the company’s external website.

Quarterly Financial Results: Aid in the preparation of quarterly financial results, including press releases, presentation materials, and conference calls.

Data Collection: Provide assistance in gathering internal and external data.
Experience
- Managing inbound inquiries and meeting requests from the investment community.
- Assisting with investor targeting and maintaining the investor database.
- Creating company presentations for both internal and external use.
- Managing the Investor Relations section of the company’s external website.
- Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial results.
- Providing support in gathering internal and external data.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Bilingual (French/English preferred, but not mandatory).

- Highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional.
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with extensive interactions with professionals both internally and externally.

- Capable of working independently as well as part of a small team.
