Role Overview

The successful candidate will assume the role of the Head of Investor Relations' deputy, supporting the team in hosting and leading on-site meetings with investors, responding to investor inquiries, updating marketing materials, and driving process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and lead on-site meetings with investors to foster strong relationships and communicate the fund's investment strategy.
  • Respond to investor queries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and transparent information about the fund's performance and operations.
  • Update and maintain marketing materials, ensuring they accurately reflect the fund's investment approach and performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the investor relations function and support the fund's growth.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in investor relations, preferably within a reputable buy-side firm.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the hedge fund industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with investors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
