As an Air Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services, coordinating deliveries and collections across the UK, and managing a range of movements, including healthcare, hazardous, high-value, dedicated, and standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange deliveries and collections across the UK, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage a range of movements, including healthcare, hazardous, high-value, dedicated, and standard.
  • Monitor and record live movement updates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Log and monitor KPI performance of colleagues, departments, and suppliers.
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational structure, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with all UK branches and outside suppliers, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies, continuously evaluating and improving processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent relevant industry experience in transportation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
