About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as an Activities Assistant at Sway Place, a luxury care home in the heart of the New Forest National Park.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help residents to remain as active and independent as possible
  • Identify residents' unique goals and implement personalized activity plans
  • Support residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating and homely environment
  • Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents
  • Create a sense of fun, flexibility, and creative thinking to provide new experiences and activities to meet a diverse range of interests
  • Offer a mature, sensible outlook, showing commitment, initiative, and a desire to enhance the lives of residents
