Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for Full-Time Night Shifts, with a requirement for alternative weekend work.

Shift Hours: 8pm - 8:15am

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and guiding your team during shifts
  • Managing resident cases and collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and other relevant parties to ensure optimal care plans are developed and implemented
  • Administering and documenting medication accurately
  • Conducting risk assessments
  • Working alongside care staff to assist residents with their daily activities, promoting their independence and engagement
  • Collaborating closely with the management team to enhance service delivery

Candidate Profile

  • Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
  • Well-organized, proficient in IT, and skilled in assigning and delegating tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams
  • Strong understanding of care planning methodologies
  • Experience in or willingness to receive training on medication administration
  • Above all, possess a genuine ability to enhance the lives of others.
