Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Leading and supervising your shift to ensure the smooth operation of the care team
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered
- Administering and recording medication in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take steps to mitigate them
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement services that meet the needs of our residents
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead and supervise others
- Good understanding of care planning processes
- Experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
