Front Office Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in conducting training for all Front Office employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
- Direct daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and courteous service to our guests.
- Attend to credit problems and ensure effective communication of new and updated information regarding policies, rates, and general hotel information.
- Supervise and support the Front Office team, ensuring department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management, ensuring effective use of guest feedback to improve product and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Commitment to creating a culture that is service-focused, positive, and driven to succeed.
