About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Booker Wholesale. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that our store is trading efficiently, safely, and within legal constraints.
Main Responsibilities
As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Managing store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a retail or wholesale store management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and store management principles
