You will have a proven track record of managing a team of staff and volunteers, providing effective leadership, training, and development. You will also be responsible for managing our store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that our store is well-organized and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize store sales and profits.

- Manage time under conflicting priorities and delegate tasks effectively.

- Establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising.
- A 35 hour working week.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance.
