Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our property sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants, building long-term relationships, and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
  • Conduct viewings and negotiate lettings agreements
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the local property market and surrounding areas
  • Full driving license and own car preferred
