We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in residential lettings, a strong understanding of the local market, and excellent sales and negotiation skills. You will be well-presented, articulate, and able to close deals effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and applicants

  • Work collaboratively with the sales and lettings team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings
  • Strong understanding of the local market
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Well-presented, articulate, and able to close deals effectively
  • Full driving license and own car preferred
