Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Prima Ardelle Associates. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for negotiating and agreeing lets, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and conduct viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants via phone and face-to-face interactions
  • Conduct self-generated valuations to determine optimal rental prices
  • Meet and exceed targets to drive business growth
  • Agree lets and ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Utilize IT systems to manage client relationships and property listings
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
