Salary: Band 4 - £27,598 - £30,019 per annum plus additional allowances

Additional Allowance: Distant Island Allowance of £2,256 per annum

This role presents a unique opportunity to become part of NHS Shetland, focusing on the administration and management of feedback and complaints, as well as handling service-related Freedom of Information (FoI) requests and inquiries from Members of Parliament (MPs) and Members of the Scottish Parliament (MSPs). NHS Shetland values continuous improvement, and feedback is essential in enhancing our services.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for incoming complaints and inquiries, necessitating strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination skills.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in a dynamic office environment, adhering to set deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word and Excel) is essential to effectively fulfill the role's requirements. Comprehensive training on the Feedback and Complaints Handling Procedure and internal protocols will be provided.
