Job Title: Contract Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tate Southampton. As a Contract Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the lifecycle of multiple construction projects, from job handover to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Contracts Managers on all phases of project delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Coordinate project planning, procurement, and scheduling to align with project timelines and goals.
  • Manage relationships and communications with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, ensuring contractual obligations are met and documented.
  • Monitor project progress against key milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
  • Support the Contracts Department in resolving disputes, managing risks, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Generate regular project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Experience in managing supplier and contractor relationships within the construction sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on maximizing value while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are running concurrently.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
