We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Socium - Teams Done Differently. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing cross-channel monetisation strategies that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of seasonal UK commercial exclusive campaigns, collaborating with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer segments, including content and campaign preferences.
- Champion customer-centricity, ensuring customer needs are represented in all meetings and decision-making processes.
- Design and implement high-performing email campaigns, leveraging data and CRM expertise to drive engagement and monetisation.
- Collaborate with the product team to develop and enhance the CRM and surrounding tech stack, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
