About the Role
The Child Health Information Services Administrator will be a key member of the Child Health Information Services (CHIS) Team, directly reporting to the CHIS Coordinators. The successful candidate will take part in the day-to-day running of the CHIS service, the running of regular reports, and ensure that CHIS data held on the system is accurate and up-to-date.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date CHIS data on the system.
- Run regular reports to support the CHIS service.
- Collaborate with the CHIS Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of the CHIS service.
- Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the CHIS Team as needed.

Requirements
- Sound general secondary education.
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in Administration.
- Desirable: ECDL or equivalent computer literacy qualifications, previous experience and knowledge of NHS administration processes, examples of managing transformational service change, previous supervisory experience, and knowledge of Data Protection Policies and issues.
