About the Role: Digital Hub Lead - Essity Account

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Hub Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts for Essity. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team across multiple markets, driving excellence in digital strategy, planning, and activation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Activation Excellence & Quality of Output: Oversee the execution of high-quality digital campaigns across social media, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital Hub Operations, Model & WoW (Essity & Zenith Local + Global): Establish and maintain efficient operational processes within the Digital Hub, ensuring seamless collaboration between local and global teams.
  • Reporting & Insight: Analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and leverage learnings to optimize future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management (Internal and External): Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Zenith and external clients at Essity, effectively communicating campaign progress and results.
  • People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the Essity account.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in digital channel strategy, planning, and activation across social media, search engine marketing, programmatic advertising, and e-commerce (multi-market).
  • Proven expertise in digital reporting, ad technology, and governance.
  • Experience leading large digital activation teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and building trust and credibility.
  • Ability to effectively manage upwards and engage with senior leadership within Zenith.
  • Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of digital marketing and some knowledge of campaign activation management.
  • A strong team leader who provides support and empathy for all team members.
