About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Manager for our Fostering Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the provision of our therapeutic fostering services in the East Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a staff team to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic fostering services for children, families, and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including foster parents, social workers, and other professionals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualified social worker with demonstrable management experience and a strong understanding of fostering legislation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Charms an advantage.
  • Robust understanding of safeguarding children and young people, with a commitment to keeping this at the core of practice.
