Job Description

Pixomondo is a leading visual effects company that delivers high-quality solutions for its clients and partners. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior VFX Producer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Create and manage overall schedules and budgets for projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the VFX Supervisor to cast and motivate a team to successfully deliver VFX projects.
  • Communication: Act as the primary contact with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that foster client confidence.
  • Financial Management: Track and record changes to scope of work, verify change orders, and work with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing.
  • Resource Planning: Work with resourcing teams to plan crewing for shows, ensuring staff are assigned work throughout the project duration.
  • Workflow Optimization: Ensure projects are set up with appropriate production workflows, anticipating special project requirements and communicating needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Negotiate with clients while maintaining a strong working relationship.
  • Project Milestones: Manage project milestones and deliveries according to the implemented schedule.
  • Deliverables: Ensure all project deliverables are determined and shots are managed and delivered according to schedule.
  • Team Management: Manage, guide, and support production teams on projects, mentoring less experienced Producers to support their growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in VFX production, including knowledge of post-production techniques and terminology.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to quickly assess relevant information and make effective decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management: Previous experience producing complex CG & VFX projects, with high-level project management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and crew relationships.
  • Financial Management: Proven ability to manage high revenue budgets.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work within a team towards a common goal.
  • Technical Skills: Thorough understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows, with good knowledge of MS Office packages and experience using Shotgrid software.
  • Language: Fluent written and verbal English.
