Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust and national guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of nursing practice, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing coaching and support to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Registered Nurse (Child Branch) with a teaching and assessing qualification.
- Experience of taking charge on shift and leading clinical teams.
- Relevant post-registration qualification and experience in a senior clinical role.
