Main Duties:- Provide evidence-based comprehensive assessment, review, and treatment for patients with dementia.
- Work within agreed local care pathways, codes of practice, and professional standards.
- Embed clinical quality guidelines and develop programmes of care.
- Valid HCPC registration.
- BSc Diploma/Degree in Podiatric Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 year working in the community (postgraduate).
