We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Premier Resourcing UK. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development
Collaborate with our Head of Marketing to design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives.
Channel ManagementUtilize various marketing channels and tactics to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Content CreationDevelop compelling content and marketing campaigns to promote our educational webinars and drive customer engagement.
Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve their effectiveness.
Customer EngagementDesign and implement targeted campaigns to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
Website ManagementManage and maintain our website content to ensure it remains relevant, fresh, and optimized for search engines.
Event ManagementAssist in organizing and promoting trade shows and other in-person events to showcase our brand and products.
Market ResearchConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
Team CollaborationWork closely with our marketing team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business strategies.
Content CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to create compelling content, campaigns, and marketing materials.
Requirements- At least 3 years of experience in B2B or educational marketing
- Excellent CRM and email marketing campaign management skills
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot reports
- Experience using a CMS (Webflow ideal but not essential)
- 10% discretionary bonus
