Registered Care Home Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Care Home Manager to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide person-centered care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care that meets regulatory standards
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision and recruitment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and report on care home performance, including quality and financial metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in a management role in a care home or healthcare setting
- First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
